1 .  What size of moulds can you build ?

We build moulds of any size up to 1.8m  *  1.3m / 72 in.  *  51 in. and up to 18 tons in weight .

2 .  Do you build hot runner moulds ?

Yes , we build hot runner molds and are familiar with many differet systems such as DME , old Master , Mastip , Hasco , Yudo , Incore , Husky , etc ...   The manifold recommended for your tool is selected to meet your individual needs .

3 .  What type of CAD files do you accept ?

With our many CAD systems we can accept several different types of files :
STEP , IGES , DXF , Auto CAD , DWG , CAD Key PRT , STL , CATIA , UG and many more .

4 .  What do you need for a quote ?

If you would like to submit a request for quotation , please send your part file , mould specifications and / or processing information and desired response date to the attention of our quotation department via email or phone call .

5 .  How long will cost you to make a quote ?

It generally takes 3-5 days for a detailed quote .   If you need quote urgently , we can make you a rough quote immediately based on product size or mould size , mould steel you offered .

6 .  How we control mould making in your factory ?

We usually send our customers mould making report containing processing pictures once a week via email .   If you cannot come for the tryout , we can send you vedio of tryout or copy it on CD , and send to you .
